ENROLMENT FORM ADULT CLASSES
WITHDRAWALS / REFUNDS
Due to very small and individual class sizes, fees are absolutely non-refundable and must be paid in full or deposit payment before class commencement. We may under certain circumstances allow credits towards make-up classes, for non attendances in case of proven sickness.
I confirm my enrolment on the selected course or classes at Gold Coast Art Classes and understand that the booking and a consequent reservation of a place, will be confirmed only in combination with a deposit or full payment.
If payment has been made through someone else, please let us know per e-mail, so that payments can be matched with your enrolment form.
